Born in 1952, the knitting mill Maglificio Laura Patrizia srl, is a company that has always manufactured in Tuscany the finest woman’s knitwear. Linked to a long tradition of craftsmanship and careful attention to the product, the company proudly interprets the excellence of Made in Italy.

A BEGINNING

Foscaro Tofani inizia a produrre e commercializzare la sua maglieria nei difficili anni del dopoguerra. Il suo impegno pionieristico e la sensibilità creativa contribuiscono all’affermazione ed allo sviluppo della moda italiana degli anni Cinquanta.

Foscaro Tofani starts to produce and sell his knitwear in the difficult postwar years. His pioneering efforts and creative sensitivity contribute to the growth and development of Italian fashion in the fifties.

Lo staff stilistico interno svolge una attività di ricerca continua per consentire ai prodotti di essere sempre aggiornati con l’evoluzione delle tendenze ed allineati alle esigenze dei mercati. La progettazione e la ricerca hanno come punto di forza la selezione delle materie prime, dei filati e dei tessuti, rigorosamente impostate sul Made in Italy.

The design team work excessively on research, to be up to date with the changing trends and forefront to the market needs. One of the strengths of the design and research team is the expert selection of raw materials, yarns and fabrics with a emphasis on made in Italy.
